Pet Foster Parent Seminar at Somerville Library

Somerville Library, 35 West End Avenue in Somerville is hosting a foster parent seminar offered by The Somerset Regional Animal Shelter, on April 17th at 6:30PM. The seminar will provide training and information regarding what to expect when fostering an animal for the shelter. By fostering animals for short periods of time, the shelter can provide more room at their facility, allowing them to help other animals in need.

The Somerset Regional Animal Shelter will provide all the food and medical care for the fostered animals. They will also include basic care, administering medication and caring for nursing mothers, in their training. Come and support the wonderful work the shelter does for our furry friends!

Patrons with further questions can enter the website at http://www.sclsnj.org.  The Somerset County Library System has branches in Bridgewater, Bound Brook, Hillsborough, at the Mary Jacobs Library in Rocky Hill, North Plainfield, Peapack & Gladstone, Somerville, Warren Township and Watchung.
