Author Christie Leigh Napurano is coming to Somerville Library to give a book discussion on her book, The Untold Story of Princess Doe. The event will take place on March 1st from 2:30-4:00PM, at the Somerville Library, 35 West End Avenue in Somerville, NJ.
Thirty-one years ago, the bludgeoned body of a young teenage girl was found in a cemetery in the rural farm town of Blairstown, New Jersey. Her untimely death captured the hearts of the townspeople, who dubbed her ‘Princess Doe’. To date, the case is still open, and Princess Doe remains as nameless and faceless as the day she was found. Who was she? How did she end up dead in a cemetery? Why has no one come forward to identify her? Come meet the author who has attempted to unravel this very sad, New Jersey mystery.
