Liz Hoffmann is returning to Somerville Library to present another great healthy program. This event will take place on November 18, 2013 from 6:30-7:30PM.
This program will teach us to incorporate alkalizing foods into our holiday celebrations to counteract the days filled with rich, unhealthy amounts of food consumed during the holidays! Liz will offer many tips on how to enhance your immune system. Liz is a holistic practitioner since 1994.Come out for an evening of wonderful tips on how to stay healthy and bring plenty of questions.
