Introduction to Tai Chi and Qi Gong at the Mary Jacobs Library

Experience the gentle flowing, movements of Tai Chi on Tuesday June 21 from 7:00 – 8:00pm.  Learn how Tai Chi helps you deal with stress by relaxation and gentle calming.
